Is this you?

You have a deep reverence for your client’s experience of life and their unique path of transformation. You value leading by following and incorporating mindfulness to help you both access a variety of experiences in heart, body, and mind.

You have some experience with Mindful Compassionate Dialogue (MCD) either through reading the Connection Gem over the years or through attending a class series or workshop.

You would like to learn to apply the system of Mindful Compassionate Dialogue to the work you do with clients.

You would enjoy working in a small group of 6-12 participants along with LaShelle and Ava as trainers and guides.

What is a Mentoring Group for Therapists, Coaches, and Spiritual Directors?

Together we will create a safe and supportive space for you to grow personally and professionally.

This group will be an opportunity to integrate the consciousness and competencies of Mindful Compassionate Dialogue within the context of your private practice.

You will have the opportunity to practice with your colleagues, engage in role plays, and enjoy support. Learning and integration will include how this work is living in you as well as how it is transmitted to your clients.

What will we do in this course?

Our time together will have a specific and predictable structure. We use the system of MCD as our foundation and guide.

Each week you will be asked to complete a short written reflection before we meet. This will add a level of focus and predictability to our time together.

We will open with a couple of minutes of mindfulness and then 15-25 minutes for a check-in regarding your experience of applying MCD with your clients over the week.

Then you will have the opportunity to engage in an experiential practice exercise based on the particular set of skills you would like to cultivate.

We will close with an opportunity to engage in coached role plays or observe demonstrations by the trainers.

Understanding the Online Format:

We will be using zoom video conferencing. Please plan to attend with your camera on,   ready to meet and connect with colleagues and create a safe and focused space for discovery, sharing, and learning. It will be the lunch hour for some and eating lunch during the workshop is welcome.

You will be able to review a recording of the workshop for a full week after it ends. Participants won't be shown on the recording, but can be heard. You can participate in discussions via chat if you don’t want your voice recorded. This course will NOT be sold later as a pre-recorded course.
