This class series is for anyone who would like to learn to set boundaries from a place of self-connection.

Mindful Compassionate Dialogue (MCD) is a blend of Hakomi (body centered therapy), Nonviolent Communication, and Mindfulness practice. The goal of MCD is to empower you to create and maintain fulfilling relationships. This workshop is offered once a year.
Asking for what you need in a direct and specific way can be very vulnerable and challenging. In this one day workshop, you will have an opportunity to build confidence and skill in making requests.
