Learning self-empathy isn't about affirmations or trying to talk yourself out of your feelings.
It's about catching the thoughts that contribute to your depression and finding your way out of them.
As you learn the skill of self-empathy it gets easier to translate self-critical thoughts into feelings and needs and the actions to meet your needs.
Join us for the one day workshop to learn and practice self-empathy and become free from self-criticism.

Name the conscious and unconscious ways you talk to yourself lead to depression.
